We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return Contact us at techboom.auth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs. Items should be returned to the address provided upon return approval.
Damages & Incorrect Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on digital products, opened software, or items marked as final sale.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at techboom.auth@gmail.com.
